Prices are a guide and are confirmed after the first visit, once we have seen your mouth, not a list. Prices shown are demo values.
Veneers, whitening and small corrections of shape, touching the tooth as little as possible.
Prices include the consultation and the plan. What changes from case to case (number of sessions, material, lab work) is written in the estimate you receive before we start.
Smile Design
See the smile before you make it
Our protocol for every aesthetic or prosthetic case. Three steps, explained in advance: anything permanent comes after you have tried it.
Scan and photos
A digital scan of your mouth and a series of photographs of your face. No paste, no mould, about twenty minutes.
The plan in a mock-up
On the scan we build the proposal and look at it together on screen: shape, length, colour. It changes until it feels like yours.
Try-in
A temporary version sits on your own teeth for a few days. Only after you have lived with it do we move to the permanent work.
The clinic
Light, quiet and equipment you can see
Four treatment rooms, a lab inside the clinic and a scanner that replaces the cold impression putty. All on one floor, on Rruga e Kavajës.
Intraoral scanner: your mouth measured in three minutes, no paste.
Sterilisation: every instrument goes through the autoclave and comes out sealed in a dated pouch.
Treatment room: natural light and a screen where you see what the doctor sees.
Reception: ten minutes before your visit, a coffee and no television.
Clear aligners: printed to your plan and checked in your mouth before you take them home.
The lab: crowns and veneers are made here, with the colour taken under the same light.

Consultation
About forty minutes. We talk about what bothers you, look at your mouth and take X-rays if needed. No treatment starts at this visit.

Diagnosis and plan
Within a few days you receive the written plan: what we propose, why, how many sessions and what it costs. With alternatives, where there are any.

Treatment
Sessions are booked at fixed times with the same doctor. For longer work we tell you in advance what you will feel after each step.

Follow-up
A check-up once the work is finished and a hygiene calendar. For implants and orthodontics, the check-ups are included in the plan.

Questions
What people ask us most often
Does an implant hurt?
It is placed under local anaesthetic: during the procedure most patients feel pressure rather than pain. In the first days afterwards there is swelling and some discomfort, managed with the medication your doctor recommends. We tell you in advance what to expect, day by day.
How long does whitening last?
It varies from person to person, often one to three years, depending on coffee, smoking and red wine. A top-up session keeps the shade longer. The first result depends on the starting colour of your teeth.
Clear aligners or fixed braces?
It depends on the movement needed. Aligners are almost invisible and come out to eat, but they need the discipline of 22 hours a day. Fixed braces make bigger movements and do not depend on you. The orthodontist tells you which suits you after the visit and the scan.
What happens at the first visit?
A conversation, a look at your mouth, X-rays if needed and a digital scan. You leave with a clear idea and, within a few days, the written plan. No treatment starts before you have seen it.
Can I pay in instalments?
For longer treatments (implants, orthodontics) there are staged payment options. Ask us: we will tell you what is possible for your case.
What do I do in an emergency?
Call, don’t write. During opening hours we try to find a slot the same day for severe pain, a broken tooth or bleeding. Outside hours, the voicemail tells you where to go.
